The blade is designed to bend without breaking, allowing it to move easily through the body of fish, preserving the delicate flesh and flavor. Made of durable glass-filled nylon, the lightweight handle has a rubberized overmold with Kershaw’s exclusive K-Texture grip. The K-Texture pattern ensures a secure hold. Hand protectors and a center contour help lock in a secure hold for safe knife operation. The 9.5-inch Fillet with K-Texture includes a plastic blade protector, keeping the blade sharp and providing safe and easy storage.
